和七一,理学博士,硕士生导师,正高级实验师。本人长期致力于天然活性物质及生物活性肽的筛选、鉴定与机制研究,以及功能性食品与新型生物材料的开发应用。主持并参与国家级、市级等各类纵向与横向科研项目十余项;在 Food Chemistry, Food & Function, Food Bioscience 及《中国科学》等国内外权威期刊发表学术论文80余篇,获批国家专利授权10余项。在创新人才培养方面成效显著,所指导的本、硕学生大量输送至中国科学院、中国农业大学、四川大学、重庆大学等顶尖科研院所及“双一流”高校攻读硕/博学位。期待与性格开朗、勤学善思的优秀青年学者共同探索学术前沿。
